CNB TRAVEL SERVICES VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Vehicle Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between CNB Travel Services, a transportation company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY," and the individual or entity renting the vehicle, hereinafter referred to as the "RENTER."
By signing this Agreement, the RENTER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Vehicle RentalThe COMPANY agrees to provide the vehicle and transportation service as specified in the approved quotation, reservation, or booking confirmation.
2. Chauffeur-Driven ServiceAll rentals are chauffeur-driven unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Driver's Meals and AccommodationFor overnight or multi-day trips, the RENTER shall shoulder the driver's reasonable meals and accommodation unless otherwise included in the quotation.
4. Rental PeriodThe rental period shall commence at the agreed pick-up time and end upon completion of the agreed service.
For daily rentals, the maximum service duration is 10 hours, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
Additional hours shall be subject to the applicable overtime charges.
5. Overtime ChargesExcess hours shall be charged at the rate specified in the approved quotation or booking confirmation.
If no specific overtime rate is indicated, overtime shall be charged at 10% of the daily rental rate per hour.

8. Expenses for the Renter's AccountUnless expressly included in the quotation, the following expenses shall be borne by the RENTER:
9. Passenger CapacityThe RENTER agrees not to exceed the legal seating capacity of the assigned vehicle.
The COMPANY reserves the right to refuse service if passenger capacity exceeds the allowable limit.
10. Vehicle CareThe RENTER agrees to exercise reasonable care while using the vehicle.
Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, and any unlawful activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
The RENTER shall be responsible for any damage resulting from negligence, intentional acts, or misuse.
11. Cleaning ChargesA reasonable cleaning fee may be charged for excessive dirt, mud, food spills, vomit, stains, or any condition requiring special cleaning.
12. Lost or Damaged ItemsCNB Travel Services shall not be liable for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
The RENTER is responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before leaving the vehicle.
13. Lost Vehicle KeyA minimum administrative charge of ₱500.00, plus the actual replacement cost if applicable, shall be charged for any lost, damaged, or misplaced vehicle key.
14. Delays and Force MajeureThe COMPANY shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
15. LiabilityThe COMPANY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays or events beyond its control.
16. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the proper courts having jurisdiction in the Philippines after both parties have first attempted to resolve the matter amicably.
17. AcceptanceBy signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

- A reservation fee may be required to confirm the booking.
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required reservation payment.
- The remaining balance shall be paid on or before the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip is eligible for a full refund of the reservation fee.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours before the trip shall receive a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
- Cancellation on the day of service, failure to appear, or refusal to proceed with the trip shall result in forfeiture of all reservation payments.
8. Expenses for the Renter's AccountUnless expressly included in the quotation, the following expenses shall be borne by the RENTER:
- Fuel
- Expressway toll fees
- Parking fees
- Driver's meals
- Driver's accommodation (for overnight trips)
- Ferry charges (if applicable)
- Entrance fees
- Other destination-specific charges

- Heavy traffic
- Road closures
- Accidents
- Floods
- Typhoons
- Earthquakes
- Government restrictions
